Attorney Ben L. Williams Esq. is a winning trial lawyer who has handled cases in federal, state and district courts of the State of Florida. He has handled workers' compensation, personal injury, employment and class action cases from the administrative law divisions, through the Supreme Court of Florida.

Attorney Williams spent years working for insurance companies defending against personal injury and employment cases. As a result of his years as an insurance defense lawyer, Attorney Williams understands the tactics insurance companies use to deny claims, delay claims and settle claims for far less than the injured person is entitled. Attorney Williams graduated from New York Law School with his Juris Doctor degree. He was admitted to the Florida and New Jersey Bars in 2006. In 2008, Attorney Williams was admitted to the U.S. District Court, Middle District of Florida.
