Attorney Mark Fox has practiced law since 1973. Mr. Fox was born in Brooklyn, New York. He graduated from New York University, with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration. Afterwards, he attended the University of Buffalo School of Business, attended Brooklyn Law School, and obtained his J.D. in 1973.

Mr. Fox opened his own law firm of Mark W. Fox, P.A., in Central New Jersey in 1978 and continued until his relocation to Florida in 2000. This general practice firm employed several associate attorneys, paralegals, investigators and secretaries.

Mark Fox has been a mediator and arbitrator since 1979, and has mediated difficult, multi-issue cases involving personal injury, workers compensation, all aspects of family law, labor law, contract disputes, real estate, and general litigation.
