The Law Firm of Feldman Morgado has Moved
This month, the full-service law firm of Feldman Morgado has moved. Previously located in beautiful Rocky Point with a view of the entire bay, the Firm has moved into a single building in the Westshore Business District.
According to the Westshore Alliance, "the Westshore district is Florida's largest office community - home to first class hotels, abundant meeting space, upscale shopping, entertainment, and Tampa International Airport.
"We are very excited about the move," says Managing Shareholder Mitchell L. Feldman. "In order to support our ever-expanding list of clientele, we decided to combine the two Tampa offices into a single, exclusive building."
The building, located at 501 North Reo Street, was originally built in 1982, by an architectural firm to use as their showcase. Amazing design and simple layout are the hallmarks of this building. But the highlight is the two-story atrium and loft boardroom, which create a feeling of an open-air, outdoor space.

- Have you been contacted on the phone by someone claiming you won a lottery?
The office of Feldman Morgado has been contacted by several concerned individuals. These people have been called by scam artists posing as legitimate lottery or charity telemarketers. Unfortunately, they are not who they say they are. The caller is undoubtedly after your personal information to perpetrate the crime of Identity Theft. They may be after your credit card number, birthdate, bank account number... the bottom line, they are not who they say they are. And they are up to No Good!
These scam artists are calling people and using the good name of the law firm of Feldman Morgado to increase their credibility. By using our Firm's name, they hope you will be more gullible and give them the information they need to steal your money, run up your credit cards, steal your identity...
At Feldman Morgado, we do not manage the money distribution for a lottery or a charity. If you are not a current client of our law firm, then we do not have any funds waiting for you.
The law firm of Feldman Morgado is sorry for any inconvenience this scam has caused you or your family. We understand that telephone scam artists can be very convincing. Should you be getting overtime pay?
TAMPA - It has become a common theme during these economic times: employers asking more and more of workers, while giving less and less.
Many times, the boss puts pressure on workers to get the job done despite additional unpaid hours.
"A lot of people are scared to lose their job, and they'll take whatever position they can get to get an income stream," said Brad Tobin, an attorney with Feldman Morgado. Tobin specializes in employment law, and his firm receives hundreds of calls a month involving overtime issues. Read more
